A lawyer with a masters in business law and a postgraduate degree in corporate taxation, he worked as a partner with Landwell, a law firm correspondent to PwC until 2004 before launching NS2A. He started out at Coudert Brothers (1992) and moved to Coopers & Lybrand in Paris (1994), then PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston (1998).

He is a member of IFA (International Fiscal Association) and president of the tax group of the French Association of the Financial directors and Controllers (DFCG).
