A lawyer having graduated from the IEP (Institute o Political studies) Toulouse, and the Ecole Nationale des Impôts – ENI / School of Public Tax Administration, He joined French tax authorities within the Department of domestic and international investigations (DVNI) (1992) and then went on to work for taxation department of MEDEF (the main French employers’ confederation) in 1999, then the law firm Landwell, a law firm correspondent to PwC in 2001, before launching NS2A (2004).
