NS2A advised Regis Corporation on corporate and tax aspects of the formation of Provalliance (approx. €200M), by the merger of Regis Corp European operations (Jean-Louis David and Saint Algue groups) with Franck Provost Group. NS2A also managed the pre-closing restructuring of Regis Corp. European structures involved in this joint-venture.
